mV, THC or RTD input The SB3075 converts a low-level dc signal from a temperature sensor mounted in the field into two 4/20mA current signals for driving a control-station load. Software-selectable features include configuration, ranging, monitoring and testing for eight thermocouple types, or two kinds of 3-wire RTDs. Each thermocouple model converter has an integral sensor for the purpose of cold-junction compensation. Configuration is carried out through a port inside of the module using and a personal computer. The SB3075 provides dual outputs.
